NYC Potholes is a crowdsourced map. Reports reflect user submissions, not official city records. Do not rely on this site for navigation or emergency purposes.
Your submissions
You may report potholes, vote, and comment in good faith. Do not post false locations, spam, harassment, or illegal content. You grant us a non-exclusive license to display content you submit on the site.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or harm the community.
Advertising
The site may display third-party advertisements (for example on the map page). Those ads are provided by the advertiser and do not imply our endorsement of any product or service.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the site or reliance on user-submitted data.
Changes
